1. Test run
Test whether the functions of air conditioner are normal before moving.
2. Recover the refrigerant and remove the indoor and outdoor connecting wires
It is better to mark the two ends of the connecting wire, so as to avoid the possibility of fault caused by connecting the connecting wire wrongly when installing the machine.
3. Keep the connection pipe connection clean
Since the used air conditioner is generally attached with dust and dirt, when removing the connecting pipe joint nut, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the bell mouth and the joint to prevent dust and dirt from entering the pipeline and preventing the pipeline from blocking when the machine is moved. Before installing the butt joint, check whether there is dirt on the bell mouth and inside again, and cover the nut after clearing it. If it happens to rain, the pipe orifice should be wrapped with plastic bag when the connecting pipe is disassembled to prevent the rain water from entering and causing ice blockage.
4. When removing the indoor unit, the condensation water should be prevented from entering the circuit board
Due to the residual condensate water in the water tray and drain pipe of the indoor unit, the end of the indoor unit equipped with circuit board should not be turned down or even turned over when the indoor unit is disassembled and moved. Instead, the end with circuit board should be slightly higher to let water flow out from the other end. In this way, condensate water can be prevented from pouring into the circuit board and the electrical fault can be prevented when starting up.
